A two-night, two-bedroom stay requested.
A 25% deposit is required when making a reservation. The balance will be charged to your credit card upon check out. A cancellation fee of $15.00 will be charged to your credit card provided cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date. During the 14-day period prior to the arrival date, the cancellation fee is the 25% deposit. However, you may reschedule your stay without penalty. An additional 11% State and County Hotel / Motel Tax will be charged to your bill. Check in is 3:00 P.M.. Check out is 1:00 P.M.. However we will try our best to accommodate your special requests. A weekend is Friday and Saturday night. A weekday is Sunday night, Monday night, Tuesday night, Wednesday night, or Thursday night. A week starts on Friday night and continues through the following Thursday night. Holidays require a four-bedroom, three-night stay. Holidays are Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Country Fair/Columbus Day, Thanksgiving, and New Year's. Minimum rental age requirement is 18. No smoking. No pets. Occupancy not to exceed 10 guests. Any fines and/or charges imposed on an owner will be passed on to the guest. Occupancy, noise, etc. 8 amenity tags are provided for guests to access the
Galena Territory Association Owner's Club facility and outdoor pool, the marina
and the Shenandoah Riding Center. The tags can be found in a basket on the
baker's rack in the kitchen. Please make sure to return tags to basket
upon departure. A replacement fee of $20.00/tag will be charged to your
credit card for each missing tag. | |
